How to buys
Before you purchase a product, you should specify the number of pieces you would like to order.
Attention: It is not possible to buy more than 10 pieces with the same order whether they are of the same product, or of different products.
If you need to purchase more than 10 products, you will need to place additional orders.
Within the Uni-Form Srl shop there are two types of products:
- products that have a visible price can be purchased directly online with a maximum of 10 pieces.
- products where the price is not indicated can be purchased by making a purchase request, through the appropriate button, which will then be followed by direct contact.
The difference is given by the fact that some of our products are made exclusively on request, so we are offering the possibility to customize them according to your needs.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer or by credit card on a secure Cartasi Xpay circuit.
For payments by credit card, by selecting the Cartasi payment method, you will be directed to the site of the Cartasi secure payment circuit.
Authorized credit cards: VISA, Visa Electron, V-Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners.
For payments by bank transfer, upon order confirmation you will receive an email with the order details and the related bank details to make the transfer.
he order will not be processed until payment confirmation is received. To speed up the process, you can send an email with a bank transfer receipt to email@example.com.
Once the payment is received, we will ship the goods within 2 working days.
The delivery of the goods will be entrusted to TNT or GLS express courier, with a timing of approximately 24-48 working hours from taking delivery.
The delivery service can take longer time to disadvantaged locations and islands.
Delivery service may also vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.
During holidays and festive days, deliveries are reduced.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated.
In the event of the Recipient is unreachable, the goods will enter storage, and it will be the Customer’s responsibility to contact Uni-form S.r.l on how/when to release the goods.
Transport costs are € 9.99, a single rate applied to a single order regardless of the number of pieces purchased.
The prices indicated on the Uni-form S.r.l. they are indicated in euros and include VAT.
Complaints and Returns
Please note that it is advisable to carefully check the goods upon delivery.
Any damage or incorrect number of packages delivered must be immediately notified to the courier making the delivery, adding the wording “I accept the goods subject to inspection”, specifying the reason for the reserve on the sheet or device where the signature of the recipient is requested.
If you accept without making the necessary reserves to the goods delivered by the courier, you will not be able in any way to claim any shortages or damage due to transport.
Upon receiving the goods, the customer is required to carefully check the goods received.
If defects are found or goods are missing, the customer must notify the problems to Uni-form S.r.l. in detail within 5 days of receipt by e-mail to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org indicating whether the goods have been accepted by the courier on subject to control.
In the absence of communications from the buyer, the goods will be considered compliant and definitively accepted.
